We can get your transmitters up faster than when using a traditional infrastructure approach because typically only a permit is required, rather than a lengthy zoning process. The pre-existence of the billboard structure in most cases allows cell site deployment to be construed as collocation from a jurisdictional standpoint. Therefore, permitting is granted either “by right” or as a simple site plan amendment.
